Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95.

Processing Time

All orders go through a 48-hour verification hold before processing. This is a fraud-prevention measure that protects all our customers. After verification, your order is submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.

  • Order verification: up to 48 hours
  • Warehouse processing: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (see below)
  • Estimated total: 5–11 business days from order date

Carriers We Use

We ship via the following carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination:

  • UPS — Primary carrier for most orders
  • FedEx — Heavy or oversized items
  • USPS — Small packages and remote areas

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website.

You can also check your order status by visiting /order/[your-order-number] on our website.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS for small packages. Oversized or heavy items may require a physical address. If we're unable to ship to your PO Box, we'll contact you for an alternate address.

International Shipping

Currently, GetBoatParts ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We do not currently offer international shipping to other countries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@getboatparts.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
