All orders are held for up to 48 hours before processing. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure we use to protect our customers. During this time, our team verifies the order details and payment information. Once verified, your order moves to fulfillment and ships within 1–2 business days.

You can check your order status by visiting getboatparts.com/order/[your-order-number]. Your order number was provided in your confirmation email (it starts with "GBP-").
Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can request a cancellation or modification within the 48-hour verification hold window. Email us immediately at support@getboatparts.com with your order number.
Once an order has been verified and submitted to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Orders over $300 are automatically flagged for additional review as a standard security measure. This protects both you and GetBoatParts from fraudulent transactions. Our team will review the order and either approve it (usually within 24 hours) or contact you for verification.
After the 48-hour verification hold, your order ships within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on your location:
- East Coast: 2–4 business days
- Midwest & Southeast: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 5–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days

Yes! Orders over $99 ship free. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
You can also check your order page at getboatparts.com/order/[your-order-number].
Currently, GetBoatParts ships to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.
Email us at returns@getboatparts.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 1–2 business days.
We display real-time inventory status on every product page. Items marked "In Stock" are available. Items showing "Out of Stock" are temporarily unavailable — you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on those product pages.
Our catalog of 18,000+ parts is sourced directly from CWR Wholesale, and inventory syncs regularly.
Product pages include manufacturer specs, part numbers, and compatibility information when available. We recommend:
- Cross-referencing the part number with your owner's manual
- Checking the manufacturer's website for compatibility charts

We believe in honest, fair pricing every day. While we don't offer a formal price-match program, our prices are already competitive with major marine retailers. If you find a significantly lower price at an authorized dealer, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
